R3 Healing Session – Release, Refill, Reevaluate

A transformative three-hour Reiki healing experience designed to nurture your mind, body, and soul. This in-person session, offered indoors or outdoors (weather permitting), focuses on deep energetic healing through guided release, replenishment, and reflection.

What to Expect

🔹 Scheduling Call (30 min) – We begin with a brief call to set a date and time, and identify one physical or emotional area you’d like to heal.

✨ Release – The session starts with a cathartic release, supported by music and guided meditation, to help you let go of anything that no longer serves you.

✨ Refill – A one-hour Reiki session follows, restoring balance by filling the cleared space with your energy and Reiki.

✨ Reevaluate – We conclude by discussing any shifts you’ve experienced and identifying supportive changes to integrate long-term healing into your life.

🔹 Revisit (30 min check-in call) – A few days after the session, I’ll follow up to support your continued healing journey.
